What is the Mali BSC Certificate?
A BSC certificate must be provided in line with the Mali National Shippers Council (MNSC) standards, delivered within 5 days of the ship’s departure or 5 days before the ship arrives at the port. If you ship without a BSC or provide false information, you will face fines equal to the cost of the BSC plus additional regulatory fees imposed by MNSC.
Certificate Requirements
Here are the required documents for obtaining a Mali BSC certificate:
- Bill of Lading (Draft copy can be used for application)
- Commercial Invoice
- Freight Invoice (Not required if freight is mentioned in the commercial invoice)
To start the certification process, send PDF versions of the required documents to info@ectnindia.com. No hard copies are necessary for issuing the BSC certificate. Ensure that the documents you submit are final and don’t require changes, as revision penalties apply after validation.
