What is CNCA / ARCCLA Certificate?
The CNCA loading certificate is a required document for every shipment to Angola’s ports, including Luanda, Lobito, and others. Also known as the CNC or ARC Number, the CNCA certificate, established by Angolan Customs Authorities in 1994, is regulated by ARCCLA (Agência Reguladora de Certificação de Cargas e Logística de Angola).
Certificate Requirements
What documents are needed for Angola CNCA / ARCCLA?
The following documents are necessary for issuing the CNCA certificate:
- Bill of lading
- Commercial invoice
- Freight invoice (if freight value is not included in the commercial invoice)
- Application form (We can complete this for you)
- Import License (D.U. – Documento Único or DU Document)
To begin the certification process, please send PDF versions of the required documents to info@ectnindia.com. Hard copies are not required for the issuance of the CNCA certificate. Make sure to send final documents to avoid penalties for revisions. After validation, a fee will be applied for any changes.
