What is the Guinea Conakry ECTN Certificate?
The Guinea Conakry ECTN (ICTN – International Cargo Tracking Code), also known as a BSC, is required for all imports into the country. Without a valid ECTN waiver, shipments arriving at the destination port will incur fines. The ECTN certificate must be verified no later than five days before the vessel’s arrival to avoid heavy penalties and additional charges. The port will impose extra fees for any freight lacking a proper loading certificate.
