What is the Niger BSC Certificate?
The Niger BSC certificate must be submitted for all shipments destined for Niger, as mandated by the Decree N° 2013-465/PRN/MT, published on November 15, 2013. BESC stands for “Bordereau électronique de Suivi de Cargaison,” also known as the Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN).
Certificate Requirements
To obtain the Niger BSC certificate, the following documents are required:
- Bill of Lading (Draft copy can be used for application)
- Commercial Invoice
- Freight Invoice (Not required if freight value is included in the commercial invoice)
- Customs Declaration
To begin the certification process, send PDF versions of the required documents to info@ectnindia.com. Hard copies are not needed for the BSC certificate issuance. Ensure you send the final, error-free documents as revisions will incur additional fees after validation.
